The classes are an opportunity to really feel and listen into the body. To help find new ways to move, open up new neural pathways, dislodge stuck memories and find more flow and clarity in life.
Seduced by beautiful music, through guided awareness and allowing our bodies to release habitual holding and tensions we can tap into our life force, find joy in our free dance and activate cellular change.
This practice is informed by science and neuroscience, somatics, dance movement therapy, yoga, shamanism the Tao and of course by our own innate bodily wisdom.
